Damaria Advisory Group

Building institutions that outlast their founders.

Damaria Advisory Group (DAG) is a leadership development and intellectual property company. We build original methodology, diagnostic systems, and operational tools designed to help leaders see their own businesses clearly — and act on what they see.

DAG is the parent company behind all intellectual property and systems development for DRIVEN, Partner Pipeline, The Canon Collection of business books, and other assets. The methodology is delivered and installed through National Ventures LLC, the advisory and delivery arm.

DRIVEN — the diagnostic beneath the system

Most consulting hands an owner a list. DRIVEN hands them a map.

DRIVEN is the diagnostic engine at the center of DAG's methodology — a structured way to find what is actually breaking inside an operation before anyone prescribes a fix. DRIVEN reads a business against a documented architecture built from decades of operating evidence, surfaces the few constraints that actually matter, and sequences them so the work never outruns the owner's capacity.

Its differentiator is overlap detection: the same structural condition surfacing in three places is not three problems — it is one problem wearing three masks, and the overlap is the diagnosis.

WHAT WE DON'T KNOW YET

How the diagnostic performs across a wide cohort. Two engagements is a foundation, not a dataset — we document the method before we scale it even though grounded in over 15 years of factual experience.

Partner Pipeline — recruiting, turned into a system

Hiring is a sales problem disguised as an HR problem.

Partner Pipeline is a productized, done-with-you recruiting installation for financial-services partners — a methodology and delivery system, not an agency. It fills a partner's calendar with pre-qualified candidate meetings so the partner can do what they do best: choose, and close. DAG owns the methodology and licenses it through National Ventures, LLC.

The system is engineered to move a partner from chasing candidates to choosing them — designed to produce thirty to forty booked, pre-qualified meetings a week from a disciplined multichannel outbound engine, with a confirmation system built to hold the calendar. It is in early deployment with a first partner, and the engagement is structured around proof: the funnel produces before it bills.

WHAT WE DON'T KNOW YET

The conversion the engine holds at scale, across partners. The first deployment is the proof. We measure meetings booked and meetings held — not promises.

DRIVEN The Lecture Series — operating lessons, one car at a time

Every die-cast car on the desk holds a lesson about how a business actually gets built.

Operating lessons, one car at a time.

Every die-cast car on the desk holds a lesson about how a business actually gets built. Not "your company is like a car" — exactly which car, and why.

Under the hood — from the first lesson, the 1932 Cadillac V16 Sport Phaeton:

"Sixteen cylinders — not because twelve weren't enough, but because Cadillac wanted the world to know there was no upper limit to what they were willing to engineer.

Then the Depression rewrote the rules. Only about 300 were produced that year. From a spreadsheet perspective? A failure. From a leadership perspective? A masterclass.

You can be right and still be alone. You can be excellent and still be early. And if you're disciplined enough, time eventually works for you."

That's one car. There are six hundred more on the shelf — a Tucker 48, a '57 Bel Air, a 300SL Gullwing, a 72 'Cuda, a Shelby GT500 — each one a diagnostic for a specific operating problem and a unique story.

The series launches in 2026 on YouTube and the written channels. Each recorded lesson becomes a long-form video and a set of shorter platform-native pieces — original, on-camera, built for durability rather than volume.

WHAT WE DON'T KNOW YET

Which lessons land hardest. The early run is how we find out what operators actually need to see. The other 599 cars are waiting on that evidence.

"The die-cast isn't nostalgia. It's a standard you can hold in your hand. And standards — once set properly — never depreciate." - Dan

DRIVEN Lecture Car

The Canon Collection — four books, one operating system

Before the videos and the diagnostics, the work was written down.

The methodology rests on a written backbone — four books, each taking a single operating problem end to end. Decision Architecture: how decisions get made when the owner is not the bottleneck. Execution Under Pressure: holding the line when the quarter goes sideways. The Last Frontier: a framework for building what lasts. The Operator's Year: designing a year the way a disciplined company designs a fiscal one.

Together they form the canon the rest of the system teaches from — the diagnostic routes to them, the lecture series illustrates them, the operator instruments install them. They are authored and in final refinement to a single standard before release.

WHAT WE DON'T KNOW YET

Which book becomes the front door. We wrote the system first; operators will show us where they enter it.

Southern Exchange Network

How DAG studies a market

Savannah — the first city profile in the corridor series

Before DAG builds in a city, it studies the city. The Savannah City Profile, the first in the Southern Exchange Network's corridor series, is a full institutional assessment: the economic case, the small-business landscape, walkable-district mapping, a university fellowship pipeline, and a measurable impact framework with conservative projections drawn entirely from verifiable public data.

It is shown here as evidence of method. Savannah draws 12.9 million visitors a year who spend $4.1 billion, yet its independent businesses have no organized system to turn that attention into lasting relationships — the kind of structural gap DAG is built to find and frame.

Every data point is sourced.

Every projection is conservative.

Every unknown is named.

Rigor before revenue.
