Who We Are
One company. One method.
Several ways it ships.
Damaria Advisory Group (DAG) is the parent company behind one proprietary method — DRIVEN™ — and the system that installs it. The method is built from 20+ years of operating evidence and ships through the Canon books and workbooks, the National Ventures deployment arm, and the DRIVEN™ Lecture Series.
We exist so founder knowledge becomes infrastructure — systems that survive founder transition, scale across markets, and create lasting institutional value. The work is for founder-led companies, advisory firms, and leadership teams navigating succession planning, operating diagnostics, and the design of durable management systems.
The Proof Band
The method is built on two decades of real engagements — not theory.
Five titles plus companion workbooks that turn reading into practice.
Worksheets, briefs, and templates that install the method inside a real company.
The physical library behind the Lecture Series — one car per operating lesson.
One method, applied across every engagement: DRIVEN™.
Our Initiatives
One method, and the system that installs it.
DRIVEN™ is the diagnostic. The Canon is the written backbone. The Lecture Series is the public teaching arm. Each one ships independently — and they compound when used together.

Diagnostic Engine
DRIVEN
DRIVEN is the proprietary method behind everything DAG ships. It is a structured operating diagnostic that surfaces the real constraints inside a founder-led company — the overlap between what the business actually does and what the market actually values. The output is a short list of constraints, sequenced so the work never outruns the owner’s capacity.
What We Don’t Know Yet: how much hidden capacity exists inside firms that have never been asked the right questions.

Written Backbone
The Canon Collection
Five books — each one takes a single operating problem end to end — plus companion workbooks that turn reading into practice. The Canon is the durable, indexable reference layer underneath every DRIVEN™ engagement. Available through Dancordon.com.
What We Don’t Know Yet: whether a five-book series can replace the three-day offsite as the standard leadership development format.See in Ecosystem →

Public Teaching Arm
DRIVEN™ Lecture Series
DAG’s public teaching arm. Each episode uses a die-cast collector’s model as the physical anchor for a single operating lesson — business principles made memorable, visual, and shareable. One recorded lesson becomes a long-form video and a set of platform-native shorts. Launching 2026.
What We Don’t Know Yet: whether the die-cast format can carry graduate-level content in a way mainstream audiences will actually finish.
Selected Work — Savannah
The first SEN city profile, in the field.
Savannah, Georgia was the first city profile in the Southern Exchange Network — a working map of the economic, civic, and relational infrastructure of a Southern market. The deliverable is the kind of document an institution can actually use: economic case, business landscape, district mapping, fellowship pipeline, impact framework. Preserved here as evidence of the standard we bring to deployed engagements.
What the field still owes itself: a private-sector record of how a regional economy actually holds together — written by people who have operated inside one.
Frequently Asked Questions
Founder transition, diagnostics, and how to engage.
Straight answers about founder transition planning, succession readiness, DRIVEN™ operating diagnostics, and how advisory firms license DAG’s IP.
- Damaria Advisory Group (DAG) is a leadership development and intellectual property company built around one proprietary method — DRIVEN™ — and the system that installs it. The method surfaces the real constraints inside a founder-led company, then ships through books, a lecture series, and a deployed practice.
- DRIVEN™ is built for founder-led and founder-dependent companies in the $1M–$20M range that have hit the ceiling where the owner has become the operating constraint. It is also used by advisory firms who license the methodology to diagnose their own clients. The system reads a business against a documented architecture built from 20+ years of operating evidence.
- The Canon Collection is the written backbone of the methodology — five books, each taking a single operating problem end to end, with companion workbooks that turn reading into practice. It serves as the durable reference layer underneath DRIVEN™ diagnostics and the Lecture Series.
- Damaria Advisory Group operates from Raleigh, North Carolina. We serve clients across the United States and North America.

- A completed research initiative documenting the economic, civic, and relational infrastructure of Southern cities — beginning with Savannah, Georgia. It is preserved here as evidence of the work: a record of how we think, what we read a regional economy for, and the standard we bring to deployed engagements. It is not a product or an active program.
